10/3/2017 District News: Week of 10/9/17BULLDOG BRILLIANCE Students Celebrate School Spirit at Main Street School Pep Rally ![]() Main Street School students celebrated their school and community spirit during a schoolwide pep rally held on Sept. 28 at the gymnasium. Dressed in green and white attire, the students participated in a number of team-building activities. They also welcomed student-athletes and members of the high school marching band as special guests to their school. “The pep rally provided opportunities to foster community both within and beyond the classroom at MSS,” Principal Joyce Chapnick said. Homecoming games are scheduled from October 4 - 7. For the full homecoming schedule of events, click here. PTSA at Homecoming Games Visit the PTSA tables between 6 pm and 8 pm at the Homecoming games on Friday and Saturday nights. We'll be selling Spirit Wear, including t-shirts with the new District logo, and some old favorites! We'll also have a Voter Registration & Information Table. On Saturday night, representatives from our Brick Drive will be on hand too! NO SCHOOL October 9th and October 10th ![]() There will be no school on Monday, October 9 in observance of Columbus Day. There will be no school on Tuesday, October 10 due to Superintendent’s Conference Day.
