EYES ON ART

Eyes on Art is pleased to present Japanese (and American) artist Yayoi Kusama, who is the top-selling female artist in the world. “Yayoi Kusama overcame impossible odds to bring her radical artistic vision to the world stage. Kusama created a legacy of artwork that spans the disciplines of painting, sculpture, installation, performance, poetry, and literary fiction.”

The classroom presentations will take place at:
·        Dows Lane 12/14-20
·        Main Street School 11/26-30
Through the Training Workshops (see below for dates), volunteers will learn about the artist, the elements of art, art project(s), and how to present to the students.

Eyes on Art welcomes previous and new volunteers to join them. New volunteers will work with mentors.

All volunteers should attend one of the two training sessions, and a link will be made available for those who cannot attend either session.

WINTER COAT DRIVE
October 15th – 26th

Please donate clean, gently used or new coats, hats, gloves and scarves for all ages.

Collection boxes will be in the Dows Lane and Main Street School lobbies.
