To join the Birthday Book Club, fill out the bottom of the Birthday Book Club Form and enclose your $20 donation, payable by cash or check. Around the time of your child’s birthday, we will invite him or her to come to the library to select a new book for the Birthday Book Club. Parents of children with summer birthdays may select a date during the school year, such as a “half-birthday,” to honor their child. Your child will have the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of books. After your child selects a birthday book, we will place a permanent bookplate in it to acknowledge your gift. Participants will have the honor of being the first to check out their special book. 10/24/2017 DL News: Week of 10/30/17DL BOOK FAIR ![]() The Dows Lane Book Fair is just around the corner.
