EYES ON ART PRESENTATION Paul Klee ![]() In its 13th year in the Irvington School District, the PTSA’s Eyes on Art Program is excited to present in November, German Abstract Artist Paul Klee and in February, American Realist Painter Edward Hopper. The parent volunteers in this program are trained to provide biographical and historical information, instruct the children about the elements of art and analyze with the children how artists use these elements of art in their paintings to convey a message. In conjunction with the presentation, the children also do an art project inspired by the particular artist. The children are given a bookmark with images of the paintings they analyze.
