Grant Review Criteria

We are looking to fund grants that:
  1. Enhance current curriculum
  2. Impact a large number of students and have a broad scope
  3. Engage families and support student success
  4. Improve the health and safety of students and families
  5. Increase access to arts education 
  6. Celebrate diversity

Grant Application Process

To submit a grant to the PTSA: 
  • Download and complete a grant application
  • Complete, print and sign application and route to the building principal for signature.
  • Supplemental Signatures: If the project requires any technology, or technology support, secure signature from the Chief Information Officer/Technology Coordinator. If the project will alter facilities in any way, secure signature from the Director of Facilities. 
  • The building principal will share completed grant application with PTSA school VPs at PAC meeting. and amend with any feedback. 
  • After the PAC review, the applicant submits the grant to the District office for final sign-off. 
  • Applicant or district office e-mails the complete signed grant application to [email protected] according to the grant submission schedule. 
  • Grants are reviewed and voted on by the PTSA Executive Committee (EC) on a monthly basis. 
  • The applicants will be notified of the grant's approval status via email following the PTSA EC vote.
