This year, we've partnered with a local florist to sell prom corsages/boutonnieres and graduation bouquets for convenient pick-up in Irvington.  

• Pre-ordered prom florals will be available for pick-up at Irvington High School on the day of prom - June 11.
• Pre-ordered graduation bouquets will be available for pick-up at the graduation ceremony at Matthiessen Park - June 14.

We're excited to announce the Irvington NY PTSA Science Fair on March 9, 2024 from 11am-2:30pm at the Maher Gym at Irvington High School!

 Here's a quick look at how it'll work:

• Interested students (K-12) must register online (LINK). by February 12th 2024. You may work in groups, but each student participant's name must be listed during registration. 
• After the deadline, students will receive detailed instructions via email on how to prepare and submit projects for evaluation. Click here for detailed guidelines on preparing a project, frequently asked questions and the judging criteria. 
• Final project details are due via Google Form on February 26th, 2024
• Poster boards will be distributed to all registered participants at school,
• On the day of the Science Fair: 
  • Between 10:45am-11:30am: Each participant will set up their poster board showcasing their experiments 
  • At 12pm: Judges will begin to evaluate the projects and the whole community is invited to view the projects, learn science, meet the winners and celebrate the accomplishments of all the participants until 2:30pm!

Confidential financial assistance to purchase supplies for Science Fair projects is available through the PTSA Bulldog Family Fund. Please contact school social workers Gina Menendez (Grades K-5)/[email protected] or Katherine O'Sullivan (Grades 6-12)/[email protected] to request support.

Join Us for Our Annual Fundraiser to Support the PTSA Bulldog Family Fund!Join us for a fun, relaxing, adults night out on the Hudson riverfront at the Sailhouse! Reconnect with old friends and make new connections while supporting Irvington school community members who are income eligible for free or reduced lunch (FRL), or in temporary financial need.  $125 admission includes appetizers, dinner and dessert, and 60% of the ticket proceeds directly go towards the BFF. Full cash bar will be open all evening.
