Announcing MemberHub, a new online platform for the PTSA

The Irvington NY PTSA is excited to roll out a new platform that will bring big benefits to our community. 

We are moving much of our operations over to MemberHub, a popular online platform for PTSAs across the country. We're making this move in order to streamline our communications and more efficiently run our programs, events, and committees and most importantly make it easier for YOU to communicate with us, each other and our community. Going forward, you can consider MemberHub your one-stop-shop, single source of truth for all things PTSA.​

In the coming days and weeks, you will begin to see emails in your inbox from your Grade or Class Parents via MemberHub. You can treat these emails just like any other you might receive: open them, read them, and reply to them right in your inbox. No action is needed on your part.

However, MemberHub offers us so much more than just the ability to send and receive emails. Once you set up your MemberHub account, you can visit https://irvingtonnyptsa.memberhub.com/ to participate in discussions, view the PTSA calendar, and sign up for events. If you’re a current member of the PTSA, you’ll also be able to browse our directory online, paper-free! 

We’ve drafted these MemberHub Community Norms and an FAQ to help you get started. We recommend you take a moment to set up your account today, adding details to your profile to make it easier for other members of our community to find and interact with you.

MemberHub Account SetUp

There are two ways to set up your MemberHub account. 

Try this first:

• Go to:  https://irvingtonnyptsa.memberhub.com/
• Choose Sign Up, and enter your email address. Try the email address with which you've purchased your PTSA membership.
• If your email address is found, set a password and then check your email inbox for a confirmation email. 
• Setting up your account in this way will ensure your MemberHub user profile is linked to your active PTSA membership for the current school year.
• If your email address is not found, try another address.

If none of your email addresses are found, try this:

• Go to https://irvingtonnyptsa.memberhub.com/join/25k71q  and create an account, adding as many family members as you like.
• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email.

Once you've created a password and logged in, follow these steps to complete account set up:

• When you first log in you will be prompted to verify Your Profile.  We encourage you to fill in as much personal data as you feel comfortable sharing. This will allow families to find and connect with you. You can also control what others are allowed to see using “Adjust Profile Visibility”.  
• Once you are comfortable with your profile, off to the right you can review your “Family Members”.   We have done our best to populate family information, but if there is an issue you are welcome to reach out for help!
• After verifying your profile and family you are welcome to begin exploring your hubs by selecting “My Hubs”. If you are not currently assigned to any Hubs, or your Hubs are incorrect, please reach out to [email protected] for support.

After I set up my account, I get a "Page not found" error on MemberHub.
No problem! Just click here to return to the Irvington NY PTSA MemberHub homepage.

I've been assigned to a Hub that doesn't apply to me and/or I'm not in a Hub I think I should be in.
Groups in MemberHub are referred to as Hubs. We've done our best to assign all community members to Hubs for their Grade and Class, but if you've found an error, we apologize! Send an email to [email protected] and we'll be happy to correct the errors for you.
