How to Update your MemberHub Profile

MemberHub is platform used by organizations like ours all across the country for organizing communications and connecting members. 

When you become a member of the Irvington NY PTSA, it's easy to update your MemberHub profile at the same time. Here's how.

Step 1: Select and Purchase Your Membership
We offer basic Family and Staff memberships, as well as memberships plus donations. Choose the membership level that's right for you, add it to your cart, and check out.

Step 2: Create a Password
After you purchase your membership, you'll be prompted to create a password. Enter a secure password and click "Create My Account."

Step 3: Reset Your Password if Needed
If you had an account on MemberHub in the past, you may see an alert that your "Email Has Already Been Taken." This means you need to reset your password.

If this happens, click on "Sign In" in the drop down menu, and then click "Forgot Password" and check your email for a link to reset it.

Step 4: Log In to Your Account
Once your account is created and your password is reset, you can log in to MemberHub. This will allow you to instantly access all of the features of our MemberHub platform, including our new online directory. 

Step 5: Update Your Profile
To help keep our directory as up-to-date as possible, and to help others find you on the platform, take a moment to update our profile with information about yourself and your family. Add family members, update your contact information, and fill in as much detail as you're comfortable sharing with the PTSA community.
